Only when approved merchant instructions appear in your secure seller portal: send the exact KES fee for your tier to the Northstar Paybill or Till business number and registered business name shown there, then submit the transaction code. This is not an automatic renewal. Your plan stays pending until an administrator verifies the payment. If no approved instructions appear, do not send money.
Yes. Choose another tier in your seller workspace and submit the M-Pesa transaction code for that tier’s exact monthly KES fee. The new commission and tier become active only after an administrator verifies the payment. A confirmed renewal extends your term by one calendar month.
Pay only to the approved Northstar Paybill/Till details displayed inside the secure seller portal, and verify the business name and number before paying. The +254702856871 contact is for CEO enquiries, not a payment destination; never send plan fees to that personal number or any unsolicited number. Northstar will never ask for your M-Pesa PIN, OTP, or account password—never share them. A transaction code or screenshot is not proof of payment; wait for administrator verification. If approved merchant instructions are not displayed, do not send money.
Both options are designed into buyer checkout. Card payments use Stripe Connect destination charges and application fees; PayPal uses marketplace checkout with platform-fee routing. Each method stays in setup-required mode until the operator configures and verifies the corresponding marketplace account.
